We’re seeking a motivated and energetic Kitchen Helper to join our dynamic food service team! In this vital role, you will support the daily operations of our kitchen by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth food service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment where delicious meals are prepared efficiently and safely.

Duties

- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and organizing ingredients to ensure timely meal production
- Support cooking activities by preparing basic dishes under supervision, following established recipes and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing work surfaces, and disposing of waste properly




- Help with food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Serve food to customers or staff in a courteous and productive manner, supporting overall food service operations
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen well-organized and ready for service
- Follow all health and safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for everyone

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and basic meal preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking, food preparation, and customer service
- Familiarity with serving procedures and food industry standards is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
