Job Duties

- Providing exceptional service in order to enhance customer experience;
- Ensuring compliance with the standards, rules and regulations at the Property.
- Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Be proactive in helping everyone have an outstanding customer experience at the Property;
- Perform highly visible patrols of assigned patrol areas/zones (by foot, bicycle, vehicle) and positively engage with tenants, guests, visitors and employees on an ongoing basis;
- Approach guests or visitors at directory boards, within building lobbies, and elsewhere to offer directions or general assistance;
- Work closely with the Manager’s other departments at the Property, especially the guest services and tenant services departments, to provide customer service support to tenants, guests, visitors and employees;

Qualifications:
- Must be willing and able to stand, walk,



patrol by foot and vehicle for extended periods (8-12 hours)
- Must demonstrated a high degree of professionalism
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a solid command and fluency in the English language both written and verbal
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment both indoors and outdoors as required.
- Must be able to handle stress and pressure and make a sound decision under duress
- Must be conformable working in a busy highly populated area
- Must demonstrate high attention to detail / observational awareness
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence and the ability to work productively and efficiently in a team

Prerequisites:
- Legally Authorized to work Full-Time in Canada
- A Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Must possess a valid Standard First Aid and CPR certification (WSIB-approved). Please note, this is different from Level C or Emergency First Aid certification
