The Opportunity

Zano is looking for energetic, dependable and guest-focused team members who genuinely enjoy connecting with people.

Every Zano team member is cross-trained to confidently support both the guest experience and kitchen operations. This includes welcoming guests, offering samples, explaining our menu and making thoughtful recommendations, as well as preparing fresh, high-quality food according to Zano recipes and standards.

Our guests come first. Successful applicants should be friendly, bubbly and outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations, answering questions and helping each guest choose something they will enjoy.

Responsibilities

- Welcome every guest with a friendly and positive attitude
- Start conversations and create a comfortable, engaging experience
- Explain ingredients, menu options and preparation methods
- Offer samples and make thoughtful recommendations
- Listen carefully and help guests customize their meals
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Zano recipes and standards
- Complete food preparation, portioning, stocking and line setup
- Work confidently at the front counter, on the service line and in the kitchen
- Assemble, package and verify orders for accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming restaurant
- Follow food-safety, sanitation and allergen procedures
- Assist with opening,



closing and general cleaning responsibilities
- Learn and confidently support every area of the restaurant

What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable starting conversations and engaging with guests
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Willingness to learn kitchen and food-preparation responsibilities
- Able to work quickly without sacrificing quality or accuracy
- Dependable, organized and attentive to detail
- Comfortable working under pressure during busy periods
- Willing to be trained in all areas of the restaurant
- Previous restaurant, kitchen or customer-service experience is an asset, but not required

The Right Fit The ideal Zano team member genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome. They take the time to understand what each guest wants, confidently explain the menu, offer samples and make recommendations. They also take pride in preparing excellent food and supporting their teammates wherever needed. They should be just as comfortable welcoming a guest as they are preparing food, assembling an order or maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
