Worklynx Recruitment Inc. is hiring a permanent part-time Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk for a client in Burlington, ON.

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced AR Clerk to support accurate and timely accounts receivable operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across Accounting, Project Management, and Operations.notl+1

Key Duties

- Receive, review, and code vendor invoices and employee expense reports
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
- Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on delinquent payments
- Post customer payments (cash, EFT, e-transfer)
- Issue invoices and credit notes as requested
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with monthly bank/credit card reconciliations and month-end AR reporting
- Ensure financial deadlines and company policies are metnotl+2

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or related role
- Experience with multiple currencies and banking processes




- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
- Robust analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skillsnotl+2
