What You’ll Be Doing

- Specialized Trades: Assemble, install, and troubleshoot agricultural center pivot irrigation systems.
- Pipeline Infrastructure: Perform hands-on pipeline labor and learn specialized High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe fusion.
- Equipment & Field Operations: Fuel, grease, and service machinery while assisting heavy equipment operators on active excavation sites.
- Site Support: Stage, load, and transport job materials, ensuring sites remain organized, safe, and productive.

Comfortable working in an active, outdoors, high-energy environment.
- Team-First Mindset: Strong communication, a solid work ethic, and a focus on site safety.
- Driven to Learn: Ability to take direction and master new skills—prior labor experience is a bonus, but we will train the right person.
- Reliable Logistics: Valid driver’s license or reliable transit to get to the jobsite on time.
