The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County in Windsor, Ontario is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our residence team. You will provide direct, patient-centred end-of-life care, assess needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity for patients and families.

This role supports the Hospice Residence Manager, collaborates with physicians, social workers and volunteers, mentors staff, and participates in quality improvement.
