Elk Valley Resources (EVR), part of the Glencore Group, seeks a Senior Analyst, HRIS to lead SAP Success Factors Compensation initiatives. The role calls for translating complex business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions while partnering with HR, IT and finance teams in Vancouver, BC.

You'll design, configure, and optimize Compensation in Success Factors, maintain Employee Central advantages, and develop advanced reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
