As a Senior Estimator reporting to the Director of Pre-Construction & Estimating, you will spearhead the estimating process and oversee tender closings. Your expertise will encompass reading plans, understanding contracts, and preparing comprehensive budgets ranging from Class D to A.

The position emphasizes collaboration with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure accurate and productive project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review plans and specifications for discrepancies
- Complete various budget formats (Class D-A)




- Organize subtrade distributions & bidding processes
- Solicit bidders and ensure positive tender results
- Lead project team meetings and workshops

Requirements:

- 10+ years in the ICI construction industry
- Engineering or Construction Management degree required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Gold Seal Certification or LEED accreditation preferred
