MNP is seeking a motivated Bookkeeper to join its Cloud Accounting Services team. With a commitment to meeting diverse client needs, you will manage full cycle bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting. Collaborate with clients and team members while leveraging your expertise with cloud accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with full cycle bookkeeping and payroll functions
- Maintain and prepare payroll and government remittances
- Set up client files and assist with budget completion
- Reconcile GL accounts including cash and accounts payable
- Identify discrepancies and collaborate on resolutions
Requirements:
- 1 year of full cycle bookkeeping experience
- Familiarity with cloud accounting software, QBO and Xero preferred
- Basic accounting principles knowledge
- Understanding of sales and payroll taxes
- Certificate or diploma in relevant field is an asset
