In the role of Accredited Assessor – Non-Residential, you will focus on maintaining valuation models and conducting assessments for various properties in Parkland County. Engaging with property owners and industry partners, you will provide skilled assessment support and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain non-residential valuation models
• Conduct assessments and inspections of diverse portfolio
• Ensure compliance with provincial property legislation
• Communicate effectively with property owners and stakeholders
• Support assessment reviews and lead special projects
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration or Urban Land Economics
• AMAA designation or equivalent
• Five years of accredited assessment experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and GIS software
