Requirements & Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-1 year of telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with repetitive phone-based work

- Basic computer skills for call tracking systems
