As a key team member, you will provide technical leadership in injection moulding while ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Your experience in automotive manufacturing will be vital as you supervise daily operations, support process setups, and optimize machine performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on support in injection moulding processes
• Supervise day-to-day production operations and team direction
• Optimize injection moulding machines and automotive materials




• Develop and maintain process setup sheets effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum three years in automotive manufacturing
• Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Previous experience supervising employees
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems and requirements
