Contribute positively to student success as a full time Educational Assistant I at Emerald Ridge Elementary in White City. Support students with intensive needs through personal care, academic assistance, and behavioral support.

You'll work closely with educators to promote student engagement and development through personalized support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care while maintaining student dignity and independence
• Assist students in developing life and academic skills
• Support teachers with individual and group learning activities




• Maintain accurate student programming records and ensure updates
• Model positive behavior interventions to foster appropriate student interactions
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Interest in Educational Assistant training completion
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage private materials
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs
