Work Location: Hybrid – scheduled rotation between home and office after probation; on‑site full‑timeduring probation.ResponsibilitiesPolicy Processing : Process new and renewal applications, revisions, cancellations, and quotes; calculate premiums; apply appropriate rates, discounts, and surcharges; maintain product and customer service levels.Insurance Underwriting : Review and evaluate routine renewal applications and revisions; obtain additionalinformation; determine acceptance, modification, or escalation; place business within subscription, reinsurance, and legislative guidelines.Broker Relationships : Explain underwriting criteria and decisions verbally and in writing; develop and maintain relationships with brokers; resolve service matters; promote and sell supporting products; negotiate conditions, premiums, and limitations for routine renewal policies.Administrative Support : Review and dispatch underwriting submissions; maintain filing systems; provide general administrative support to the underwriting team.Leadership :
