Faspac, a leader in the flexible packaging industry, is looking for a flexographic press operator to join its team. This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday through Friday.

Work Schedule:

Evenings: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

- Operate the flexographic press to print on plastic films.
- Check and ensure print quality in accordance with customer specifications and established quality standards.
- Install and adjust the printing sleeves and blades on each printing unit.
- Start and stop the ink pumps according to established procedures.
- Produce and approve print samples before production begins.
- Optimize production speed while maintaining quality standards.
- Remove, clean, and maintain the printing sleeves.
- Replace sponges, blades, and other components necessary for the proper operation of the press.
- Perform adjustments, setups, and job changes.




- Report any mechanical malfunctions.
- Participate in the training and mentoring of press assistants and press apprentices.

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a flexographic press operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with flexible packaging (a significant asset).
- Knowledge of flexographic printing processes.
- Ability to read production orders and technical specifications.
- Good knowledge of inks, plates, anilox rolls, and substrates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and quality.
