The successful candidate will support Senior Accountants and learn from a high-performing team in AIMCo's Real Estate Financial Operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience with the Yardi Voyager accounting system, applying your skills to validate and reconcile financial statements. This position is ideal for those studying Accounting or related fields and eager to enhance their understanding of finance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze accounting information and apply accounting principles
• Perform bank reconciliations and investment functions




• Assist Senior Accountants in Yardi Voyager transactions
• Validate accounting trial balances in Yardi Voyager
• Support project execution under Senior Manager's direction
Requirements:
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of IFRS and Canadian GAAP is an asset
• Proficient in MS Applications and adaptable to software
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
