Your role will be essential in planning and coordinating maintenance work, ensuring the availability of resources, and contributing to the reliability of our equipment. Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work, as well as improvement projects, ensuring optimal use of resources Coordinate subcontractor work, from preparation through to monitoring of completion, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and performance standards Optimize the planning and monitoring of work by managing the maintenance schedule, the backlog, and priorities, in collaboration with internal clients Prepare work orders and support the maintenance team by assessing needs for labor, parts, equipment, and procedures, particularly by preparing the “kits” required for the work Maintain and improve tools and technical documentation, particularly within the CMMS, by ensuring data quality, keeping information up to date, and enhancing planning tools Contribute to improving the department’s performance by analyzing key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for optimization, and participating in parts management, procurement, and standardization Serve as a resource person for the teams by understanding the needs of internal clients, supporting CMMS users,



and ensuring operational continuity when the supervisor or warehouse manager is absent With the following skills and qualities, you will thrive in this role: A DEP in Electromechanics or a DEC in Industrial Maintenance, or any equivalent degree, along with five (5) years of experience in maintenance planning or supervision in an industrial setting Computer skills the candidate must be able to manage the Guide-TI software and maintenance activities and ensure their proper follow-up the candidate possesses a critical mindset to optimize maintenance activities Communication skills with all types of people (union members, project managers, etc.) And these strengths will enhance your impact: Proficiency with the Guide-TI maintenance software or any other maintenance management software Ability to speak and read French A flexible work program tailored to your needs (flexible schedule, compressed workweek, hybrid remote work, and more) An RRSP with an employer contribution to help you build a solid financial future An Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) and access to a telemedicine service for a helping hand when you need it A $2,000 referral bonus to help you find colleagues who are as dedicated to their work as you are!
