People like you!Global Data Conversion LeadJob Summary: Reporting to the Global Director, IT Strategy and M&A;, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting ERP deployment projects by working directly with key business stakeholders to cleanse, extract, transform, and load master data and selected transactional data. The source and destination ERP platforms may vary depending on the project. The Global Data Conversion Lead will collaborate closely with ERP project leadership, Business Process Owners, Business Analysts, the Master Data Management team, Data Engineering, Integration teams, and IT Management to ensure a high standard of data quality throughout ERP implementations. and tools for data conversion activitiesPerform data mapping between ERP platformsCleanse and normalize master and transactional dataPerform data duplication checks and cross-referencingPrepare master and transactional data load filesManually input data changes directly into ERP systems where requiredMonitor recurring exception reports and initiate data clean-up opportunitiesTrack, report, and measure data conversion activities and resultsWork with end users to identify data standardization opportunitiesLeverage ERP system knowledge to identify and develop process efficienciesCollaborate with ERP project leadership, Business Process Owners, Business Analysts, MDM, Data Engineering, Integration teams, and IT ManagementSupport data quality initiatives throughout ERP deployment projectsAdditional duties as assignedQualificationsUniversity degree requiredMinimum 5 years’ experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) softwareStrong preference for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP experience will also be consideredMinimum 2 years’ experience as a Master Data Management Lead, Consultant, or similar role on large and complex technology projectsKnowledge and experience with ETL tools such as Microsoft SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Qlik Replicate, or Oracle EDQKnowledge and experience with relational database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server or OracleAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsSharePoint experience is considered an assetStrong understanding of data cleansing, normalization, mapping, validation, duplication checking, and data conversion processesDetail-oriented with the ability to review large and complex datasets to identify patterns, discrepancies,
