Our client is seeking a Client Services Representative to join their team. As a Client Services Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support function supporting customers and prospective customers within the sleep apnea / CPAP device space. The ideal candidate will have solid communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently while handling inbound and outbound interactions which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Remote (100% remote) — Candidates can be located anywhere in Canada. An office is available in Halifax, NS for candidates who prefer onsite work, though onsite work is not required.

Pay Range:

CAD $17/hour

Shift:

Monday–Friday: 7.5 working hours + paid 30-minute lunch = 8 hours. Multiple shifts may be introduced based on business volume, including potentially earlier and later coverage.

What's the Job?

Support customers and prospective customers in the sleep apnea / CPAP device space through a blend of inbound and outbound activities, with a current primary focus on patient care. Provide patient support and first-line assistance, including checking in on therapy status and adherence information, and helping individuals explore CPAP therapy next steps. Handle customer interactions related to patient care and support, including order processing, data entry, and resolving general complaints. Identify sales opportunities associated with customer enquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service and sales goals. Document technical and customer-reported problems in a ticketing/note system and escalate issues to the relevant teams for timely resolution.

What's Needed?

Minimum 1 year of related experience. Strong communication and customer service capabilities, with good computer skills.



Previous call center / customer service experience (preferred / strong asset). Previous remote work experience and comfort working independently in a remote environment (preferred / strong asset). Flexibility with potential shift requirements; additional technical capability beyond basic computer skills is an asset but not mandatory.
