As an Accounting Intern, you will contribute to a variety of essential functions within the organization. This prospect is perfect for candidates who have completed their first year in a recognized Accounting Program and are eager to apply their knowledge. You will assist in refining processes related to accounts receivable, rent collection, and trust disbursements, among other key areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Compile and review accounting and payroll procedures
• Assist in updating accounts receivable process manuals
• Review and enhance rent collection process documentation
• Update trust disbursements and bank reconciliation manuals
• Help refine accounts payable and cash deposits procedures
Requirements:
• Completion of first year in a recognized Accounting Program
• Ability to obtain WHIMIS certification
• Ministry of Justice Criminal Record Clearance required
