The Home Care Attendant provides direct client care and environmental support within established standards, policies and procedures, helping clients maintain optimum health and independence in their home setting.

Responsibilities include supporting activities of daily living, following PHIA/Privacy Act guidelines, assisting with meals, and communicating changes to the Supervisor and Case Coordinator while working with an interdisciplinary team.
