Key Responsibilities:
• Post all new and pre-owned vehicle deals
• Coordinate month-end close with sales managers
• Reconcile deals booked and gross profits with managers




• Ensure inventory schedules are reconciled monthly
• Monitor payments for the floor plan account
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in the automotive industry
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Knowledge of dealership accounting procedures
• Proficient in Reynolds & Reynolds software
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
