Lead The Salvation Army's Christmas Kettle Campaign in Kirkland Lake, ON, as a Christmas Kettle Coordinator. Oversee kettle locations, manage staff, and ensure donations are secure and organized.
This full time, hybrid position involves coordinating multiple kettle sites in shopping malls and stores. You will direct the activities of workers and volunteers, ensuring efficient operations throughout the campaign. Your leadership will be crucial in promoting community support and meeting the needs of those served by The Salvation Army.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support Christmas Kettle Campaign workers
• Organize delivery and pick-up of kettles and supplies
• Ensure accurate reporting of timesheets and statistics




• Communicate issues to the supervisor and address supply needs
• Promote The Salvation Army’s mission to donors during shifts
Requirements:
• Minimum of one year in customer service experience
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience handling money and office administration
• Ability to lift/move up to 12 kgs (25 lbs)
