South Calgary Primary Care Network is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join a collaborative primary care team in Calgary. You will provide psychosocial assessment, intake, counselling, and evidence-based therapies within a patient-centered Medical Home framework.

You will work in a hybrid mode, balancing in-office and remote patient care, and collaborate closely with physicians, social workers, and community partners to deliver timely access to services and improve health outcomes.
