You will oversee customer service interactions, ensure proper documentation, and collaborate with routing specialists for optimal efficiency. Your strong communication skills will be vital in daily engagements with staff and addressing any issues proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Health and Safety meetings with staff
• Schedule services and address customer needs
• Dispatch crews for various service requirements
• Perform driver check-ins for accurate documentation
• Manage daily reports and data entry processes
Requirements:
• DZ license with 4+ years of supervisory experience
• Robust knowledge of excavation equipment
• NFPA 472 and WHIMIS certifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
