In this impactful role, you will contribute to a vital engineering team at Signal 1, enhancing security across domains including IAM, application security, and infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities include deploying Azure-native security solutions and ensuring compliance with regulations such as SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA. You will work collaboratively with engineering and infrastructure teams to weave security practices into the SDLC for our healthcare-focused AI Management System.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support end-to-end security architecture across multiple domains • Design Azure-native security solutions using Microsoft’s full security stack • Collaborate on compliance programs, contributing to audit readiness • Embed security in the SDLC through threat modeling and architectural reviews • Build operational security monitoring and incident response capabilities

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience • 5+ years in security engineering with Azure expertise • Proficient across all security domains like IAM and cyber defense • Comfortable in cloud-native and hybrid environments • Experience in regulated environments like SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA
