In this position, you will support FCM members by leading tailored engagement strategies and contributing to effective advocacy events. Developing an understanding of federal-municipal dynamics is key to ensuring our members are informed and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and evaluate engagement tools and strategies
• Provide expert advice on political strategy and municipal dynamics
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in advocacy or electoral campaigns
• Experience in project management and communication
• Understanding of federal politics and municipal needs
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Ability to adapt in rapid-paced environments
