Up to $45/hr Facility Operators - No Experience / Entry Level - Oilfield Waste Landfill - 14/14 - Fort McMurray, AB

GrizzlyTrek is seeking Facility Operators for an oilfield waste landfill in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This is an entry-level, full-time opportunity with paid training provided on site. The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn the ins and outs of facility operations in the oilfield sector.

What You’ll Need





- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable transportation to site
- Experience in an industrial, plant, shop, yard, or site environment (no landfill or oilfield background required)
- Comfortable with hand and power tools; mechanically inclined
- Basic computer skills (forms, spreadsheets, email)
- Robust work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work a 14/14 rotation, including weekends and holidays, and be available for on-call support
- Must live in Fort McMurray (no camp or LOA provided)

What Will Make You Stand Out

- Oilfield, plant, water, or waste experience (produced water, water treatment, water transfer, disposal wells, or water plant)
- H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, CSTS-2020, or Ground Disturbance Level 2 certifications
- Landfill, waste management, or well operations background
