Reporting to the Lead Hand & Supervisor, you'll perform various cleaning tasks and assist in event setups. You'll engage in maintaining and resolving equipment issues while adhering to safety policies. This part time position offers flexibility and potential for additional hours upon request.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assigned cleaning services efficiently and effectively
• Assist Crew Leader with various cleaning and restoration tasks
• Maintain and prepare assigned workspace and equipment
• Address and resolve scheduling and mechanical issues
• Train new crew helpers in ServiceMaster standards
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years in cleaning services, preferably commercial
• Effective communication skills for client interactions
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Valid police clearance and driver’s license needed
