You will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and displaying high-quality meats while ensuring a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging customer service aligned with Farm Boy standards
• Prepare and cut meats for an attractive service display
• Package, stock, and rotate products maintaining freshness
• Maintain clean and organized work and storage areas
• Train and mentor Team Members in the Meat Cutter program
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills in English; French a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
