Overview

Domino's Pizza is hiring immediately for an Assistant Manager (Manager in Training) to join the team. This is a full-time or part-time permanent position.

Responsibilities

- Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed
- Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift
- Responsible for all store operations
- Greet customers and take orders with a positive attitude
- Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers
- Make fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures
- Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner




- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from customer-visible areas to back-of-house
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards

Qualifications

- Ability to manage 3 to 30 employees during a shift
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Judgement, math ability, and the capacity to multi-task
- Willingness to learn store operations and leadership responsibilities
