Day & Ross in Surrey, BC is seeking a Dock Lead Hand for an overnight shift (Sunday–Thursday, 8pm start). You will lead dock staff to ensure safe, efficient loading and unloading, plan vehicle movements, and handle claims with a focus on service and cost targets.

Key responsibilities include supervising dock operations, coaching team members, maintaining records, and coordinating with management. Requires forklift certification, TDG/WHMIS training, and solid communication.
