As a Baker on the production team, your first priority is guest satisfaction. You take pride in preparing high-quality bakery and menu items that guests know and love. You may also help support guest service when needed, and you respond to special requests with a friendly, respectful attitude.

You follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines to ensure every item is made with care. You help maintain a clean, organized workspace through regular cleanup, keep your work area neat and professional, work to minimize food waste, and support freshness and quality in every product you prepare.

In a fast-paced environment, your energy and dedication help keep the team moving. Your ability to multi-task and communicate clearly with coworkers supports smooth production and a great guest experience—every shift.

Requirements

Prepare and bake fresh items daily to meet Tim Hortons quality standards

Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and food safety procedures every shift

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized bake area in line with health and safety regulations

Monitor ingredients, dough production,



and bake cycles to ensure consistent product availability

Use approved equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens and mixers

Track and rotate inventory using proper labeling and FIFO practices

Assist with receiving deliveries and storing ingredients correctly

Adhere to all workplace policies, including HACCP and allergen handling procedures

Work flexible full-time or part-time shifts, including early mornings and weekends

Collaborate with the team in Back of House to deliver fast, reliable service to guests
