Join a team supporting cross-border payments and multi-currency transaction applications across global markets. This role focuses on documenting requirements, leading end-to-end project discussions, and supporting payment processing initiatives within a global money transfer application setting. The position offers exposure to capital markets and payments while working across multiple applications and products. Candidates will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on strategic modernization and delivery initiatives.
Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, twice per week: Wednesday and Thursday with one rotational day based on the requirements and meetings

Must Haves:
- 7+ years as a Business Analyst delivering large-scale multi-faceted programs
- Business Analyst experience – 7+ years
- Experience with Jira - 5+ years
- Experience with payments - 2+ years
- Experience working with SQL and Power BI Reporting - 4+ years
- Strong communication skills
- AI knowledge
Nice to Have:
- Banking experience
- Payment rails experience
Responsibilities:
- Document current state, target state, and roadmap requirements
- Lead end-to-end project discussions with stakeholders and project teams
- Develop business requirements and process flow documentation
- Participate in user acceptance and business implementation activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project milestones
- Identify project risks and support mitigation activities
- Prepare presentation materials and communicate workstream status updates
