Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives.
- Educate customers about products, styling, and available programs.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards.
- Support store operations, including replenishment, floor sets, opening and closing duties, and visual standards.
- Participate in training and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
