What Makes You a Great Fit?

- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Comfortable working with machinery and interested in understanding how equipment operates.
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, mechanical, automotive, maintenance, or similar hands-on experience is an asset.
- Printing experience is an asset but is not required - the company is willing to train the right person.
- High school diploma.
- Able to learn quickly, follow instructions, and develop new technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities in a rapid-paced production environment.
- Dependable, flexible, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
