American Eagle is seeking energetic individuals as part-time Brand Ambassadors. This role emphasizes customer engagement using the AEO Selling Model while requiring a passion for AE & Aerie products. You'll flexibly navigate the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, all while delivering exceptional service and resolving guest concerns innovatively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests with the AEO Selling Model
• Provide product education and recommendations
• Promote the AEO loyalty program to customers
• Flex across various operational zones as needed
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to policies
Requirements:
• Retail experience is preferred
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multitask in a busy workplace
• Passion for American Eagle and Aerie products
