Job Title: Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable support clerk
Location: Saint John , NB
Shift/Hours: Full Time
Pay Rate: $ 2 4 .00 - $2 6 .00/Hour

Job Information:

As an AP /AR support clerk , you will be responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, including the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. You will also play a key role in developing an updated process manual in digital format for each position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and verify vendor invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoicing issues.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.




- Support the implementation of process improvements for accounts payable operations.

Requirements:

- Experience with Sage Intacct, Sage HCM (formerly Criterion) and TrackTik is preferred or an equivalent software.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable / receivable or a similar finance role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in finance or accounting is an asset.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
