This newly created role requires an experienced leader to report to the Chief People Officer. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational growth. Your expertise will drive compliance, market benchmarking, and vendor management to optimize value and ensure program competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop an integrated compensation and benefits strategy • Establish governance and decision guidelines for compensation • Lead annual pay and incentive planning programs • Conduct market benchmarking and provide supporting analytics • Oversee employee benefits and wellness programs across Canada
Requirements: • University degree in Human Resources or related field • Minimum 10 years in total rewards and compensation • Strong experience in multi-location strategy execution • Knowledge of compensation analytics and compliance • Experience supporting multiple provinces in Canada
