- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for KYC and client onboarding processes.
- Work closely with Compliance, AML, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Define BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications .
- Analyze and improve KYC/CDD/EDD processes and workflows.
- Support customer onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation, and KYC data management.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC .
- Support UAT , defect analysis, and business validation.
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services.




- Solid requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT .
- Good understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred

- Experience with KYC platforms, client lifecycle management, or regulatory technology .
- Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, APIs, and system integrations .
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence or similar tools.
