- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as per The Curious Cafe standards approved by the manager on duty.
- Cooking and handling of food, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements, check inventory levels and monitor and order supplies.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
- Principal set up and break-down of kitchen and cleaning.
- Clean kitchen and work area.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cook
- Completion of High School
- Pizza forno experience is an asset
- Language in the workplace is English
