Alberta Health Services offers the Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program (GNTPP) for recent nursing graduates to start their careers with structured orientation and mentorship at the Sturgeon Community Hospital in Edmonton Zone.The program spans 12 months in two phases: enhanced orientation with a Clinical Guide and transition to independent practice with ongoing mentoring, with consideration for placement in a similar unit after Phase 1.#J-18808-Ljbffr
