McMaster Students Union (MSU) operates the Hub where Student Life Representatives provide information to the McMaster community and support Hub operations, bookings, and space management. The role emphasizes customer service, accurate documentation, and assisting with daily Hub maintenance.

Training will be provided; hours are variable, Monday to Sunday, with a remuneration of 18.10 CAD per hour inclusive of the minimum wage increase. Apply by email to
