KLS Earthworks & Environmental in Calgary is seeking an experienced Underground Utility Maintenance Supervisor to lead crews in maintenance and repair of water, sanitary, and storm systems. You will drive protected execution, troubleshoot field issues, and coordinate with municipalities, inspectors, and clients to minimize disruption.

You will mentor crew members and uphold a safety-first culture while delivering repairs to City specifications and maintaining productivity on site.
