The Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre in Taber, Alberta is hiring!

What You Will Do:

- Answer and direct all calls appropriately and efficiently
- Process and confirm room reservations
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to arriving guests
- Present statement of charges to departing guests and receive payment for services
- Respond to guests' questions and/or concerns




- Ensure work areas and equipment are kept functional and orderly at all times

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

- Is a hardworking, positive, and proactive individual
- Is able to work cooperatively with other
- Is available for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend work
- Cares about their professional appearance and follows uniform and dress code standards

Skill Requirements:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Great organizational skills
- The ability to handle and solve customer related concerns and complaints and report to supervisor as necessary

Knowledge and Training:

- Knowledge of clerical and basic accounting procedures
- Aware of POS systems and basic computer operations

Industry Experience:

- Minimum one-year previous experience as a front desk attendant
