In this full time role, your leadership will enhance our concierge team's efforts in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll manage daily operations, address inquiries, and support Front Office Managers to foster positive engagements. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily front desk operations and guest services
• Conduct efficient guest check-ins and check-outs
• Address inquiries and quickly resolve guest concerns




• Support the Guest Services team with specific requests
• Lead daily briefings for smooth communication
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of Front Desk experience in luxury hotels
• Proficiency with Opera PMS is preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Class 5 Driver’s License required
