This involves actively monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems. The IT Systems Administrator will leverage proven communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills to identify, communicate, and resolve issues, maximizing the advantages of our IT infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesGauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and associated processes; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systemsDesign and deploy new systems, applications and/or enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systemsConduct research on software and systems products as requiredCollaborate with the other IT staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processesResolve hosted services issues and take ownership of cross‑functional problems, ensuring compliance with SLAsCreate and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service recordsEvaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problem occurrencesManage network servers, appliances, and technology toolsMonitor performance and maintain systems according to requirementsEnsure security through appropriate access controls, backups,
