The ECE Program Staff will work casually, helping plan and implement daily programs that align with the Ministry of Education's requirements. This role emphasizes providing nurturing guidance, recognizing children's needs, and maintaining safety protocols in a vibrant childcare environment. You will collaborate closely with full-time staff to ensure the best outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Care for and supervise groups of children
• Assist in planning daily educational programs




• Maintain legal staff-to-child ratios in compliance with regulations
• Record daily child attendance and progress
• Ensure secure and hygienic conditions for children
Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Diploma or equivalent
• Current RECE Certification from CECE
• Valid Standard First Aid/CPR-C certifications
• Health assessment and up-to-date immunization records
• Availability for regular shifts
