The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory is seeking a Residential Counsellor to support adults with developmental disabilities in Lawson Ministries programs. The role offers wide-ranging shifts and requires compassionate, person-centered care in community settings around Hamilton, Ontario.

You will plan individual programs, help with daily living, document care, and coordinate transportation while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional ethics.
