With over three years of experience in seniors' health care, you will implement patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care aligned with provincial standards. Collaboration with the Director of Care and inter-professional team members will ensure optimal care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete and maintain accurate resident care assessments
• Implement and evaluate care/service plans as needed
• Assist in scheduling and participating in care conferences
• Facilitate smooth resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Provide direct care and administer medications according to standards
Requirements:
• Practical Nurse Diploma with current registration
• 3+ years of experience in seniors' health
• Current CPR certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities
